Intro Blog (Music Video)

    My name is Ryan. I'm 15 years old and I am a sophomore in high school. My favorite things to do are listen to music, play basketball, and read. I also like to play video games. My favorite video games are Jedi: Fallen Order, Marvel's Spider-Man (spiderman ps4), The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom, and Minecraft. I enjoy watching movies/tv shows with my family. A few of my favorites are Marvel and Star Wars. I like sleeping late but unfortunately I get up at 6:30 every day for school.


    I love listening to music. If I could, I would listen to my music all day. Some of my favorite songs are Dirty Little Secret by The All-American Rejects, A Sky Full of Stars by Coldplay, Sugar, We're Goin
Down by Fall Out Boy, Bones by Imagine Dragons, and It's Time by Imagine Dragons.

    I'm very interested in learning about space. It's so cool to think that there might be life on other planets. I think it would be really neat to go to space one day. I have been to the Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C. several times. I like looking at the different types of spacecraft and planes in the museum. It's really cool to see how the designs and mechanics have changed over time. In July I went to NASA's Jet Propultion Laboratory. When I was there I learned about the Mars rovers and some of NASA's satellites. I also got to see JPL's control lab where the tour guide said that there are 3 giant satellite arrays on Earth that are used to communicate with satellites in space. When I was there I also saw engineers building a spacecraft that will go to Europa, one of Jupiter's moons. Europa has a thick layer of ice covering what is believed to be an ocean planet of sorts that is actually a moon. NASA is going to this moon because they believe that there could be life there under the ice.

I asked my friend Conner to review by movie. I wasn't really sure what he would think, but I was excited to get his reaction. He is in my class, so we could watch it together. The first time we watched it, he laughed when my parents found out I was invisible. He thought it was funny that my dad was looking for me in the dishwasher. He also laughed when I stole my dad's breakfast.  When we got to the part where I put chocolate sauce on my brother's bagel, he asked why my hand was in the shot. I explained that I had thought about that before we shot the footage. I decided that since the movie was shot from my perspective and I didn't know that I was invisible, I would have been able to see my hand. As a result, I thought it was okay to include that shot. My Pitch

Pitch A:   A boy is watching a scary movie with his brother when he hears the doorbell ring. Pitch B:   A boy wakes up one morning and realizes his family members can’t see him. In Pitch A, a boy and his brother are home alone watching a scary movie. They are worried they may have made the wrong choice of movie. Suddenly they hear knocking at their door. They pause the movie and listen. They hear more knocking and unusual sounds outside. Finally, they work up the courage to answer the door… and it’s the pizza delivery man. In Pitch B, a boy wakes up one morning and heads to the kitchen as usual. But when he gets there and says hello to his mother, she can hear him, but she can’t see him. He is literally right in front of her, and she cannot see him. Once he realizes what’s happening, he decides to go for mischief. A funny morning of pranks follows. Re-Editing Blog

After I looked over the movie at the end of my last blog, I found some things that I wanted to change. One of these things was the title screen showing the actor's names. It looked like the picture included in this blog, but I wanted the names to be center aligned. After I changed it in the PowerPoint I made my title screens on, I used the Snipping Tool to cut out the slide and save it as a PNG file. I then uploaded the picture to CapCut, and placed the original. After this, I edited it to be in the movie for the same length of time as my other title screens.  Another thing I had to change was the Music By title screen since I didn't have anything on it. I didn't have anything on it because I wasn't sure my movie needed music, however I knew it was a requirement. So I needed to find a song and get that edited in to the movie.
